Room Staging is a light, design-led service that helps potential buyers see the true potential of a space without major renovations. We use layout tweaks, color styling, and carefully chosen details to create an atmosphere that feels warm, inviting, and lived-in.

Whether you're selling a home, preparing a rental listing, or showcasing a show home, we’ll help the room make a beautiful first impression.

How it Works

1. Quick Consultation
We start with a short chat or site visit to understand the space, who it’s for, and what you want to highlight. We’ll also assess what can be done using what you already have.

2. Styling Plan
You’ll receive a simple plan outlining layout adjustments, color suggestions, and styling touches, tailored to make the space feel warmer, brighter, and more memorable.

3. Staging Day
We bring in light accessories (like soft furnishings, art, greenery, or lighting), tidy and style the room, and create a beautifully finished space that photographs well and feels welcoming.

4. Optional Photography Prep
We can help get the space photo-ready or even coordinate with your photographer, so the final listing truly reflects the home's potential.

Room Staging – Styling Package - From £180 per room

A light-touch, design-led service to refresh and style a space for photography or viewings : ideal for sellers, landlords or show homes.

Free consultation (virtual or on-site)
Styling plan with layout & colour suggestions
On-site styling session (1–2 hours per room)
Use of soft accessories (cushions, throws, artwork, plants, etc.)
Light decluttering and reorganisation of existing furniture
Final touch-ups to prepare for photography or viewings

Optional Add-ons:

Photo-ready styling support on shoot day – from £60
Hire of additional styling props – from £25 per room
Multi-room discount – available on request
Full property styling – quote based on size

Please note: This is a non-renovation service. We work with what’s already in place, adding thoughtful enhancements to elevate the feel and presentation of the room.

Travel within 15 miles of Cambridge is included. Additional hours or services can be added at a flexible hourly rate (£25/hour).
